Frequently Asked Questions

No, our Arabic/Quran lessons are designed for both beginners and those with more experience.

The lessons are primarily conducted in Arabic and English, depending on your preference and the student’s level.

We also have a Dutch-speaking instructor available for children or men. This instructor has limited availability due to high demand. Please inquire via WhatsApp about their availability.

You will need a computer, tablet, or phone with an internet connection, a working microphone, and optionally a webcam for the online lessons. The classes are conducted via the Zoom (web)application. You can choose to use the web version or download the application on your device.

Male students are paired with our male instructors, and female students are paired with our female instructors.

For children up to 12 years old, the choice of instructor is made by the parent or guardian.

Yes, our teachers are experienced and certified in their respective fields, with in-depth knowledge of the Arabic language and the Quran.

Missed lessons can usually be made up, depending on the instructor’s availability and the schedule. Please contact us to arrange specific details.

Every student deserves a vacation, of course. We allow a consecutive vacation period of up to one month. During this time, your monthly lessons will be paused until you return. You will not be required to make payments for this period.
