General Terms and Conditions, Rules, and Regulations
Registration and Payment:
Registration for courses is only finalized upon receipt of the first payment, the registration form, and Appendix 1.0 (all of which must be fully signed).
Payment must be made before the course starts unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation and Refund:
Consumers can exercise their right to cancel within 14 days to nullify the registration. In this case, the lesson package is immediately terminated, and the consumer must pay €17.50 per lesson consumed.
Refunds for the remaining amount after canceling the registration will be processed within 20 business days to the same account used for the payment.
Attendance and Punctuality:
Students must be present on time for lessons. If you start later than the scheduled time, it will be deducted from your lesson time.
Cancellation of a lesson must be done at least 48 hours in advance to the instructor. Failure to cancel on time will result in the lesson being forfeited and not available for rescheduling unless otherwise agreed with the instructor.
Lesson Information:
Lessons are 50 minutes long.
The lesson consists of the chosen components specified in advance via the intake form.
Intake and Lesson Link:
The intake form must be completed in full.
The instructor will send a unique link through which your lessons will be conducted.
Make-Up Lessons:
Lessons that need to be made up must be completed within 2 months; otherwise, the credit is forfeited.
Termination and Subscription:
The notice period is one full lesson month. For example, if you start lessons in May and wish to terminate by July 1st, you must notify us in writing by June 1st via email: info@islamiateaching.com
Subscriptions can be canceled monthly and are valid per month.
Costs are paid in advance during the last week of the preceding month via a Tikkie or payment request. If payment is not made for the new month, lessons cannot be attended.
Privacy and GDPR:
Privacy and GDPR regulations apply to student data.
Costs:
€60 per month for 1 lesson per week.
€80 per month for 2 lessons per week.
€110 per month for 3 lessons per week.
€140 per month for 4 lessons per week.
€170 per month for 5 lessons per week.
Single lessons are €17.50 each.
